FOR SAUCE

In a pot, heat the oil and tomato paste. Cook for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously. - 2
Add the oregano, basil, salt, chili flakes, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Turn the heat off, add the milk and mix it until everything is combined.

In a blender add the tomato paste mixture, chopped cheddar cheese and cream. Blend until smooth.

Pour the sauce back into the pot and heat it until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil

Add the salt and cavatappi then cook until desired texture.

Drain the pasta and add to baking dish.

Pour the sauce over the pasta.

Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and chili flakes
