Steps

For masala : take a bowl and add salt to taste, black salt, Chaat masala, kashmiri red chillies powder, black pepper powder and mix.

Cut raw 🍌 bananas in round thin slices, heat oil fry till golden brown and crisp sprinkle above masala on hot chips mix and serve.

Tip: keep cut slices in the water, they will not turn into black, wiped them with kitchen towels before frying them.

Garnish with chopped corriander leaves, 🍋 lemon slices.
