First, boil your Moong dal in a cooker and let them cool. cut onion, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, and coriander leaves. keep them separate.

Cut your kutra saag in to small piece and also cut tomato and green chilli into piece and take a pan pour water add some cooking soda, haldi powder, gota jeera, after some time add cut cubes saag and also add cut tomato and let them boil after that you can add salt.add little bit of palm sugar to retain its green colour then after that you can use wooden smash spatula everything smashed nicely,add sambar masala,jeera powder,salt everything combined nicely finally add grated coconut and do tadka.

For this saag you can use coconut oil for tadka and also add boiled smashed Moog dal two tsp for the consistency and taste..

Next, take the remaining moong dal, smashed it keep it away Take a kadai and pour extra olive oil and add jeera gota, green chilli, and onion let them cook for some time and add tomato add a little bit of jeera, sambar masala, salt, and smashed Moog dal add and wait for cooking everything mixed decorate with coriander leaves

The next step is preparing the dough of jowar roti atta to make soft two balls with a hand or butter paper and expand it let you start your tawa preheat for some time and roll your jowar roti two sides fully cooked with the help of cotton cloth gently press and turned nicely if you are not sure it is not cooked use iron phulka cross plate.

For the dough preparation, you can use a little bit of warm water and add salt if you need with the help of a hand mix gently in a tile slab gently mix maybe you feel very sticky but by practising you will get soft dough covered it for some time then you can prepare...

First-time trial and error in preparing the jowar roti tough task for myself by practising once or twice, I have rectified myself.

Cut fresh salad or fresh cut fruits you can take. And finally, you can take one glass of buttermilk add hing, curry leaves a little bit of salt. Your choice best lunch.
