This is one of my favorite rolls for snack time, perfect for making sandwiches.

In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients together. Knead well for about 15 minutes until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a large bowl. Lightly brush the top with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap.

Let the dough rise for about 2 hours, until it doubles in size.

Cut the dough in half, trying not to deflate it too much. Shape each half into a log and cut into 8 pieces total.

Gently flatten each piece without deflating them too much and place on a greased baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to apply the topping ingredients to the rolls. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Let the rolls rise for 1 1/2 hours until they increase in size. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes.
