Palak and Dudhi Malai Kofta

For Kofta balls. Add all the ingredients and make balls and put is in a fridge for 30 mins for resting

After 30 mins roll the ball in rice flour and deep fry

For gravy put oil and all the spices

Put ginger garlic and hing

Add cashews onions and mix well

Add half glass of water and cook for 5 min

Make fine paste of the onions mixer and strain it in a separate bowl.

Add fresh cream and cook for 5 more mins till the texture of gravy is smooth.

Place little gravy on a plate and then put kofta balls the pour white gravy on the kofta and garnish with crushed kasuri methi and serve with paratha.
