Cooking Instructions

Slice the onions and sautè them in 1 stick of butter. Make the potatoes the way you like you can see my recipes fore mashed potatoes.

Put the potatoes aside add half a stick of butter, "the mash". Add the sausage to the onions after the onion becomes soft. Allow the sausage to cook they may pop, thus "the bangers". Melt the butter add the peas. When heated through add the water. Allow to steam a bit remove from heat.

When the sausage is browned a bit add the gravy mixing the onions well. Allow the sausage to simmer. They may still bang a bit. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
