Rinse and soak the Abacha for 15mins,then pour in a sieve to drain properly and keep aside.

Heat the palm oil for 2mins and remove from heat and add the potash stir well until it thickens add the crayfish and okpei stir well

Add in the abacha,ugba, garden egg leaves, cameroon pepper, and seasoning.

Stir very well and serve 😋

Serve with fried fish or grill fish.
You can also garnish with onion rings and grated carrots.
