Mix flour, salt, oil, yogurt, milk or water, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl

Mix and knead for at least 5mins. Cover for 10-20min mins to rest

Knead again and mold into equal 10-11 balls cover it aside

Flatten it with a rolling pin until you get a round shape

Toss it on a frying pan until both sides are lightly brown in colour
- 6
Keep in an airtight container or a zip lock nylon, remove only when ready to use.
