Steps

Make sure wings are completely thawed. Run wings under cold water for 1-2 minutes.

Completely dry wings with paper towel and place in fridge to dehydrate for 3 hours.

Preheat smoker to 180° (smoke setting).

Place wings in large bowl and add vegetable oil. Mix wings with hands to cover wings thoroughly with oil.

Add in seasoning and mix until wings are thoroughly coated.

Put the wings onto the preheated smoker and smoke for 1 hour.

Once the hour is done, turn the smoker temp up to 350⁰, flip the wings and cook for 15 minutes.

Once the 15 minutes is done, flip the wings one more time and cook for another 15 minutes. If the wings are not crispy to the touch, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
