Wash & soaked rice & dal overnight next day remove the excess water pick a blender jar pop in dal,rice,green chili’s,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste add very little water & pulse it to a smooth batter remove it in a bowl add water if required to adjust consistency.

Only before preparing dosa add salt so that the fermentation process will be done by the time.finally drizzle oil on a nonstick pan add 2 ladles batter spread in circular motion like dosa let it cook for a minute then flip it carefully cook on both sides.gradually prepare all in similar fashion
