Cut the potatoes into small pieces.

In a Kadai take oil and add jeera, curry leaves, and green chilies, and as it crackles add turmeric powder and mix well. Add chopped boiled potatoes and cook for 2 mins.

Then add salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your instant chatpata jeera aloo is ready. Serve with chapati Or dal rice.
