Smoked Gouda-Chorizo Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  1. 12 oz.ground chorizo
  2. 1/2 lbsmoked gouda, shredded
  3. 1/2 cupcream cheese
  4. 3 tablespoonssour cream
  5. 1 tablespoonfrank's red hot sauce
  6. salt and freshly ground black pepper
  7. 12large jalapeno peppers; stemmed, seeded and halved

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

    Brown chorizo in a skillet. Drain and place in large mixing bowl.

    Add cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

    Press into jalapeno halves and assemble on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
