Ingredients

  1. 2 each26 ounce cans Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
  2. 8 ozCream Cheese - softened
  3. 1 cupSour Cream
  4. 1 cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
  5. 5 eachScallions - Sliced, including green part
  6. 1 can2.25oz Sliced Olives
  7. 1 tbspTaco Seasoning - or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Drain jalapenos. Discard onions and carrots or use for another purpose. (Like munching on...)

    Remove tops from jalapenos, slice in half and remove seeds. Rinse and then dry with a paper towel.

  3. 3

    Mix together the other ingredients. Spoon or pipe filling into the halved jalapenos.
