Steps

Wash kantola slice,slice onion.

Heat oil add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and onion sliced,kantola pieces cook by stirring on high flame.

When kantola becomes soft add salt, chilli powder, coriander jeera powder, turmeric powder, amchoor and mix it well sprinkle some water.

Add coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with roti, rice.
