Chop onions, tomato ginger garlic puree. I have chopped onions, capsicum, peeled boiled potato, and grated carrot. And make tomato ginger garlic puree. Heat a pan, and add some oil, after the oil gets a little hot, add some cumin seeds, and then add chopped onions, sort them till the color turns brown. After the color of the onion turns brown add tomato ginger garlic puree, also add salt according to taste, and magical masala. Then add peas and capsicum and cook them all.

Turn the gas on low flame. And then add boiled mashed potato, grated cauliflower, and carrot and mix well and cool them on low flame. Then add 2 tablespoon of desi ghee and cook all the ingredients well. Add one small glass of water to the gravy and cook it on low flame.

Now the bhaji is ready, with good color and texture. We are ready for the final plating of pav bhaji burgers. Yummy pav bhaji burger is ready. Thank you.
