Ingredients

  • 200 grpardon peppers
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • Salt to test

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the peppers in a bowl and drain them.

    I used an Air Frier to fried them. Set the air frier at 200C for 8 minutes. Shake the basket half way. You could use a frying pan instead.

    Add salt and ready to serve.
