Make masala, 1 onion sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and 5 cashews,

In a pan add oil, fry onion then tomatoes till they became soft add ginger garlic and cashews, let it cool down, then grind to paste, don’t add water

Take a pan add diced onions, and Simla mirch, stir for 2 min, add masala paste, add turmeric, salt, masala chili powder, if you like spicy add tikhalal,

Cook for 5 minutes, add paneer cubes and cook 5 more minutes, add 1tbsp butter after done.
