When we were buying salmon fillets yesterday, my husband asked me if I can cook with white cream sauce. And he said that it’s delicious several times while eating! Yay 😁 Sharing this recipe as a memo for myself too as he asked me to cook it again!

When we were buying salmon fillets yesterday, my husband asked me if I can cook with white cream sauce. And he said that it’s delicious several times while eating! Yay 😁 Sharing this recipe as a memo for myself too as he asked me to cook it again!

Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon fillets. Coat the surface with flour.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and pan fried salmon fillets. Start cooking from skin and make it crispy. Place the cooked salmon on plates.

Heat some butter in a pan and cook onion. Once the onion becomes transparent, add flour and mix well. Pour milk little by little and cook under low heat until the sauce becomes thick.

Add consommé powder and dissolve in the sauce.

Add your favourite green leaves and cook for few minutes.

Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets. Enjoy!
