Steps

Take a mixing bowl add whearflour, refined flour, semolina,salt 1tbsp oil mix well.then gradually add water and knead well. Make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for ten minutes.

Divide the dough into equal small size parts.take one and Roll in your palm to make a smooth balls.prepare all the balls.
Place the balls into a bowl and cover the balls to prevent from drying.
now take a ball and roll using a rolling pin.roll to slightly thick thickness. - 3
Begin rolling the pooris meanwhile keep the oil in the kadhai ready at a high temperature. Put the poori in the oil and flip it as it puffs up. Baste the top of the poori with hot oil using your perforated spoon. Fry until it turns in nice golden colour
Place them on absorbing paper. served with any of your favorite sabzi.
