My recipe was inspired by chef Mike on Facebook. I actually tried it out and it turned wonderful

Put flour in a bowl and add sugar to your liking. Add lemon zest add one egg, table spoon margarine and a little oil and milk then mix together

Heat pan over high heat. U can put a little margarine then wipe off with paper towel when pan is hot enough. Then pour your mixture onto the pan. Turn and done

Your pancake is ready
