The famous pink tea ,onion chai, onion tea etc names given to the Kashmiri tea.it’s pink colour & nuts tempt us to try it for a change than our regular tea.this especially served in matka /clay pot for its traditional look & taste delicious too..!
Note:- originally the Kashmiri tea is served with dash of salt but it can also be prepared using sugar as well other thing is we can also store the extra decoction in refrigerator for about 3-5 days perfectly finally once the tea is under process of cooking preheat the matka keep it cover with it’s warmth inside so that once we add tea it will last more aromatic & hot till we sip it.enjoy the delicious tea..!
