Pre heat your oven to 130° for 20 minutes and oil your baking tins and place the cupcake liners

Mix the margarine and sugar until a pale paste is formed

Add the eggs to the paste and a teaspoon of your desired flavour

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder
- 5
Add the flour in batches to the wet ingredients, add the milk and fold the mixture (but not mixing)

Place the batter in the cupcake tins
- 7
Bake for 25 minutes
