Steps

Wash and Soak rice for 15 minutes.

Wash corns. Peel, Wash and chop onions lengthwise. Make a puree of tomatoes and keep ready.

Add cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put all khade masale and saute for 1 minute. Now add chopped onions and fry till golden. Now add tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the sides. Add all dry masale and mix well.

Now add corns and stir well till all masala mixes with corns.

Now add soaked rice and mix well.

Add water. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically. Open the lid.

Serve hot with salad and raita.
