Ingredients

  • 1/2beef undercut flattened (four large steak pieces)
  • 1 tspBlack crushed pepper butter
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tspdried basil
  • 1 tbspHP sauce
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate beef steak with all ingredients and leave for 2hours

    In fry pan heat oil and butter and cook steak up to your taste I cooked till medium well.
