To make the chocolate cake, mix the sugar, salt, oil, milk, and eggs. Then add the cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda.

In a blender, combine the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of the pan.

Add the chocolate cake batter.

Pour the flan mixture from the blender on top. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a water bath.

Bake in the water bath for 1 hour.

Let cool, then refrigerate. Remove from the pan and enjoy.
