Cut your onions, scotch bonnet, pepper green pepper and tomatoes

Fry onion and garlic first, then add the remaining together allow on heat until brown

Now add your seasoning and spices

Remove from heat and allow to cool then get your marinated fish, coat it with your sauce and wrap with foil pepper
