Cooking Instructions

Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, potato seasoning mix, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and water. Mix very well.

After washing the pork chops, season them with salt, pepper, and oregano, and rub them with olive oil. Place them in the baking dish under the potatoes and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

Then place the potatoes on the bottom and the pork chops on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour. After 45 minutes, turn the pork chops to brown the other side.
