Moi moi
I was craving for palm oil moi moi so I prepared it.
Steps

First,Measure the quantity of beans you need,then remove unwanted beans,grits and stones from it

Then wash and remove the skin thoroughly using water

Then add the peppers scotch bonnet water and onions and then blend smoothly if your blender is capable of blending beans

Add the seasoning salt curry cray fish and the palm oil then scoop considerable amount of it and tie in a leather and cook in a pot that contains water

Then allow it to cook properly

When its done you can serve

You can serve it with grounded dried pepper and fried palm oil

Then pour water inside the beans and leave to soak for at least 30minutes after that then strain the water

Then bring the beans and put it inside the motar and put small amount of water and crush it with the pistle until most if its skin is off its body
