  1. 500 gmkaddu, peeled, diced,
  2. 2 tbspdesi ghee,
  3. 4green chilli slitted,
  4. as requiredSendha namak
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder,
  6. somechopped dhania patta,

    Wash kaddu, keep aside. Do not keep in the water.

    Take a wok (any), add ghee, heat it. In goes green chilli, saute it for a minute.

    Add kaddu now. In goes salt & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.

  4. 4

    Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until kaddu is almost cooked. Stir in between.

  5. 5

    Open the lid, increase the flame, add dhania patta, mix it well. Cook it until dry.

  6. 6

    Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with kuttu poori..
