Falahari Kaddu
Cooking Instructions

Wash kaddu, keep aside. Do not keep in the water.

Take a wok (any), add ghee, heat it. In goes green chilli, saute it for a minute.

Add kaddu now. In goes salt & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until kaddu is almost cooked. Stir in between.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add dhania patta, mix it well. Cook it until dry.

Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with kuttu poori..
