Ingredients

  1. 3 piecespotatoes
  2. 200 gbacon
  3. 1 tablespooncooking oil
  4. 3 tablespoonsmirin
  5. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  6. 400 mlhot water
  7. 2 piecesred chilli
  8. 5 piecesshallots
  9. 2 stalksspring onion
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  11. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the shallots, red chilli and potatoes.

    Chop the spring onion.

  3. 3

    Cut the bacon into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the frying pan with medium heat. Saute bacon till browned.

    Add shallots and red chilli. Saute for 1 minute.

  6. 6

    Add potato, black pepper powder and white pepper powder. Saute for 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add hot water. Bring it to boil. Add mirin and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes to get the potato fully cooked. Add spring onion.

    Ready to serve with rice.
