Smoked salmon toast with radish salad and healthy side dish

Prepare all ingredients.

Toast whole wheat bread in the oven. Boil the egg. Clean and rinse fresh vegetables and radish. Thinly slice radish. Cut banana into bit-size chunks.

In a serving platter, put smoked salmon on the toast and top with boiled egg. Season with Sriracha mayo, dried Rosemary and black pepper. Put salad ingredients on the platter.

Put all healthy side dish ingredients in a small bowl.
