I made the Recipe up on the basis of recently making Triple cooked deep fried Chips . Have made homemade Chicken Balls before, but have struggled too get the Beer batter crispy . Have never made battered Onion Rings before or Beer battered Onion Fritters . Have never made any form of cooked Onion Rings before - but I have now

I made the Recipe up on the basis of recently making Triple cooked deep fried Chips . Have made homemade Chicken Balls before, but have struggled too get the Beer batter crispy . Have never made battered Onion Rings before or Beer battered Onion Fritters . Have never made any form of cooked Onion Rings before - but I have now
Steps
- 1
Boil a large amount of cold tap water in a Cauldron Saucepan (a medium sized saucepan might be okay) and then place your diced Chicken Breasts in the very hot boiling water for One minute and then use a Slotted Spoon too remove the Chicken pieces into a large mixing bowl too rest and get cold
- 2
Prepare the 3 raw medium Brown Onions, so peel the outer skins of the Onions and then wash under the cold water tap and then hold down One Onion on a chopping board etc. and then carefully cut rings with a small sharp Kitchen knife - push out with your Fingers the inner rings of the Onions. Store in a separate large mixing bowl until ready too use
- 3
Turn the hob Cooker on and then place your non-stick Wok on the hob and then add One small Plastic Bottle of Vegetable Oil too the Wok and then place a dice of bread in the Vegetable Oil - when the dice of bread browns - then turn the hob down too the lowest setting
- 4
In a empty large mixing bowl add 300g of Self-raising Flour and then pour the whole Can of 440ml of Beer over the Flour and then stir with a Dessert Spoon. In a separate mixing bowl add plenty of Plain Flour and then place the cold partially cooked Chicken Breast pieces into that Flour and then dust off excess flour and then add all the Chicken pieces too the Beer batter
- 5
Gradually deep fry all the battered Chicken pieces by giving each set in the Wok just One minute of deep frying on the lowest simmer
- 6
Add the Onion Rings and other Onion pieces too the leftover Plain Flour in it's mixing bowl and then toss too make sure all the Onion pieces have been coated in the Plain Flour and then add a few Onion Rings at a time too the Beer batter and then keep deep frying on the lowest hob simmer for just One minute for each set that goes into the hot Vegetable Oil. Does take a long time
- 7
Allow to rest in the Fridge for about 3 hours and then deep fry on a very high hob heat for no longer than One minute for both Chicken pieces and Onion Rings and then allow to rest again in the Fridge for 3 hours
- 8
Deep fry the Chicken Balls for the last time on the highest hob setting and Deep fry for 3 or 4 minutes - remove with a Slotted Spoon onto a Dinner Plate and then deep fry some Onion Rings or Onion Fritter pieces for a minute or two and then use the Slotted Spoon again to bring too the Dinner Plate. Add about 50g of Shop bought Sweet Chilli Sauce too the Dinner Plate and then enjoy eating the meal
