Simple and delicious meal done in 40 minutes with 10 minutes hands-on cooking.
Steps
- 1
Wash potatoes, cut into chunks if desired.
- 2
Combine potatoes, herbs and salt in a pan and cover with cold water. Put on high heat.
- 3
On an oven griddle, spread kitchen foil and lift corners and sides to prevent spillage.
- 4
Put the salmon skin down and pour teriyaki on top. Cover partly with the edges of the foil.
- 5
Put salmon into a cold oven and wait for the potatoes to boil.
- 6
When the potatoes are boiling, set heat to low. Turn on the oven and set for 180°. Set the timer for 30 minutes.
- 7
After 30 minutes, drain the potatoes and take the salmon out of the oven. Transfer immediately onto plates.
Careful – the salmon is very soft.
- 8
Put some butter on top of the potatoes and serve.
