Potato Peanuts Khichdi

Roast peanuts on a pan and take them out in a plate. After it cools down, peel it and half crushed.

Then peel the potato and cut it into thin slices. Wash two to three times with water and drain in a strainer.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, sesame seeds, chillies and curry leaves and saute them. Then add potato slices, salt and mix.

Cover with a lid after sprinkling a spoonful of water and let it cook until the potatoes are tender.

Then add crushed peanuts, pepper powder, sugar and lemon flowers and mix. Cover and let rise for five minutes.

So, Potato Peanuts Khichdi is ready.
