Today I have made tasty healthy dahi vada for fast.

Take a bowl add soaked samak rice, soaked sago pearls and transfer into a mixer jar and grind it a smooth paste and take out in a bowl, add sendha namak. Now add eno fruits salt with little water and mix it well.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, fry small portion of batter on medium hot oil, fry the vada on low flame until it's cooked from inside. and remove it and dip the fried vada into the hot water with little salt and soak it for 10-15 minutes. Then gently squeeze the vada and transfer into the bowl.

Then whisk the curd with salt and sugar. Now arrenge the vada in the serving bowl and garnish with whisk curd mixture.

Then add green chutney, tamarind chutney, sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, finally garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve.
