Potato Gulab Jamun

Sugar syrup:- Add water to the sugar and heat it, cook it while stirring till it comes to a boil. After this cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add cardamom powder and saffron and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Peel and mash the potatoes well, add grated khoya to it, add arrowroot flour and mix.

Make a soft dough, make medium sized balls of it, put it in hot ghee or oil and fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown.

Put the hot fried balls in the syrup and leave it for 30 minutes. After this, take out in the serving dish and serve Gulab Jamun of potatoes.
