In a bowl take mawa + maida + baking powder mix it well with hands then add milk little by little and knead a soft dough cover it with moist cloth

Take sugar and water and cook it until sugar dissolves add elaichi and saffron and cook it for few minutes your sugar syrup is ready

Now take dough and separate little dough in another bowl for center filling add pink food colour + dry fruits and mix it well and make tiny balls

Now take simple dough and flat it on hands put dry fruits dough in center and make a perfect round ball

Heat ghee / oil for frying and fry the jamuns on low to medium flame until golden brown in colour(do not fry on high heat) remove and directly put in sugar syrup and let it soak for at least 30 mins
