Quick lunch: frozen pot stickers & rice
This meal goes for about $11-12 at our local Asian restaurant. I found this meal to be quick and so much less expensive to make at home.

I start the rice ahead of time in the rice cooker.

I put the 10-12 frozen pot stickers in a quart ziplock and microwave it for 2-2.5 minutes.

When it’s done, I open the ziplock and add a drop of olive and shake to separate them.

I preheat the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through.
