A side dish that is tied to my family's tradition is fried cauliflower florets. Over time, I modified the cooking method to cut calories by switching from frying to baking, while keeping all the steps my dear mom taught me ❤
Cooking Instructions

Clean the cauliflower, cut the florets, wash them, and steam them to retain all the flavor.

Once cooked, let the florets cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley.

Dredge the florets in flour, then dip them in the beaten egg, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs mixed with a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.

Brush a baking sheet with oil, place all the cauliflower florets on it, brush each floret with oil, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Then switch to the grill function until the florets are slightly browned.
