Marinating mutton. take a big bowl,add curd, salt, lemon juice, ginger garlic and green Chilli paste, turmeric,coriander and red Chilli powder and mustard oil 3 tbsp. mix it well and keep it in fridge if you can put it overnight its best.

Now take a cooker, heat mustard oil and add this marinated mutton and cook till oil separates. now add sauteed onion puree with homemade garam masala and mix it well

Cook until oil separates and add hot water as your requirement and put the lid of cooker and give 2 whistle on high flame after that lower the flame and give 4 whistle. wait ten mins and serve this mutton curry with naan and rice
