After peeling & washing, cut potatoes into 2 piece and put in fresh water.

Heat on another side.

Now put the pieces on a fresh cloth rub it & dry it. Now deep fry it in hot oil, till soft.

Check it with a fork. Now take out potato pieces from oil on a napkin paper. Let them cool for few seconds.

Now with the help of any round surface glass or katori press it gently. Again fry them till crisp. Stir them occasionally.

After turn golden brown keep out from oil. Now in another pan add 2 tea spoon oil & all dry spices roast it for 1 second.

Add all fried pieces into masala. Mix it with fork carefully. It ready for serve. Enjoy it with fresh green coriander chutney.
