Parwal ka sabji

Wash and chop parwal and potatoes. Grind onion along with the ginger-garlic paste.

Put a cooker on a gas stove, add oil, mustard-cumin seeds and add hing as it splutters. Now add onion paste and saute it. Now add dry masala and stir till it releases oil.

Now add sabji, salt, and water as required. Cover the lid and take 2 whistles. You can see our sabji is ready to serve. Add coriander leaves and garam masala. Serve it hot with roti or rice.
