Simple, delicious, nutritious staple food rotla/ roti prepared with barley( jav ) , oats flours and spices to serve with hot tea or coffee or fresh curd at breakfast or in main meals with curry.
Steps

In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients.

Mix well and add little little water and bind into soft dough.

Knead into smooth dough. Divide into 2 equal portions flattened balls. Roll each into round thick roti.

Place it on hot griddle. After 1/2 minute flip over and roast till on lower side brown spots appears. Pick it up with tongs. Place it on open flame. Let it roast & puff up.

Place it on plate. Apply ghee. Similarly prepare another.
Serve Relish Hot Spicy Barley Rotla/Roti with hot tea or coffee or curd in breakfast.
