In a big karahi or daigchi, add oil then add onions in it. Fry them till it becomes dark brown

Then add lehsan, adrak paste. Then add tomatoes and hari mirch

After that add shan sindhi biryani masala and bhoonofy the masala achay se

After it is done.. add chicken & potatoes in it

Mix well and leave it to cook well on low flame. At the end add jaifal javitri powder

On the other hand, let the water boil for rice. Add all sabut garam masala in it

Then add rice. When rice is half done, strain the rice

Now its time for layering. Add rice at the bottom then add little zarda rang dipped in essence.

Now add cooked masala on top..

Then again add layer of rice.. add zarda rang and dhania, podina

Let it cook on low flame for dum

Then mix the rice well and your biryani is ready. Serve with Raita
