In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, add salt, add carom seeds, add asafoetida, add oil,add chutney

Add palak puree mix it well

Now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion

Make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it now fry on a high flame and flip it on both sides.palak poori is ready.
