Peel and Cut onions into rings.
Keep the rings in iced water for 10-15 minutes. - 2
After 10 minutes drain water and let it dry on kitchen towel.
Further, add sakt kasmiri mirch, chaat masala, coriander leaves, chilli, pepper powder and lemon juice. Give them a good toss.
Laccha pyaz is ready. - 3
Serve as a salad.
