Cut all veggies and keep aside.

Heat oil in a skillet, add crushed garlic, ginger and stir for a minute.

Add slice onion and fry for a minute.

Now, add carrot, cabbage and capsicum and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper and mix well.

Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, then remove it from heat and keep aside.

Knead a soft dough from maida, oil, salt and water.

Keep covered dough for 15 minutes, then make small size balls from it.

Roll out dough balls with the help of rolling pin.

Keep stuffing on a sheet and apply maida paste on side of sheet.

Fold and close the roll like envelope and make all roll with same process.

Fry these rolls in hot oil till golden in colour.

Remove from oil and keep on paper towels.

Enjoy hot and crispy veg spring roll with any sauce.
