Stuffed brinjal (without sourness)

Take a bowl and put garlic in it. Now add all the spices to it.

Take brinjal and wash them and put cut on it. Now fill the above garlic mixture in them.

Take a wok and heat the oil in it and put onion in it. Saute it till it becomes pink and now add the rest garlic and spice paste in it. Cook it well until the oil gets separated.

Now put brinjals in it. Cover it with a lid and cook it well. Now open the lid and then saute it properly.

Your dish is ready to eat. Serve it with chapati or paratha.
