Potato Wedges
I despise having wedges that were frozen or not cooked in the middle. With this recipe I learned how to much a beautiful crispy outside and a fluffy tasty inside 🤞🏼.
Steps

Wash and slice potatoes into wedges.

Boil for 15-20 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove and allow to cool down completely.

Place on foil and toss in olive oil and all your spices. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, flip them then cook for a further 15 minutes or till golden brown.

All done 😋.
