Ingredients

  • 1/2 bowlsemolina
  • 1/2 bowlfresh malai
  • 5-6 slicebread
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • as per requirementsalt
  • as requiredRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 TSPdry coriander powder
  • 1/4 TSProasted cumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add semolina, onion,tomato, capsicum and mix it

    Add salt, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and mix it

  3. 3

    Add fresh malai and mix it and make the mixture

    Take a bread slice and spread the mixture on it

    Take a non-stick tawa and turn on the flame

  6. 6

    Spread the ghee on non-stick tawa and roast it from both side

    And serve it
